Threadneedle Investments has cut the initial charge on its just-launched Strategic Bond Fund by 0.75%, to 3%, during its initial offer period between 5 and 23 November. The fund will have a gross running yield of 7.5% and a gross redemption yield of 5.83%. However, as the fund is managed for total return from income and capital growth, the yield will alter as the balance of the portfolio changes between high yield and low yield bonds.
