Dresdner RCM Global Investors is waiving its usual 0.5% dealing charge and £20 transfer fee on all Pep and Isa transfers into its £466.9m Merchants Investment Trust for new and existing investors until 31 December. Shares in the trust returned -9.9% over the 12 months to 9 September against a UK Growth & Income sector average of -34.2%. It invests in FTSE 100 stocks.
