All of Andrew Green's funds will be closed to new investment from 29 December, after Gam and St James's Place cap his portfolios following substantial inflows. Affected funds include £625m Gam UK Diversified and £691m Global Diversified and the £454m St James Place Recovery fund. Gam said allowing inflows into the funds indefinitely could constrain Green's deep-value, contrarian investment style in the future.
