Barclays Wealth is launching an Eastern European option in the third issue of its Emerging Markets Optimiser range. Investors can choose from Global or Eastern European exposure when the plan launches on 16 June. It matures in five years time when investors will receive their original capital and the return arising from the chosen option. The Eastern European option will be linked to the RDX index, Russian shares listed on the London Stock Exchange, and the CECE Traded index, which represents Polish, Hungarian and Czech markets.
