Invesco Perpetual's Neil Woodford stood as the most popular fund manager on Fidelity FundsNetwork in October, though it was UK gilt funds which made the most ground during the month. Woodford's High Income and Income funds were first and third on the list of bestselling funds though all channels and product wrappers, separated only by Fidelity's own cash fund. Overall, UK Equity Income funds made a 13% gain in share of sales compared with September.
