Cazenove’s Richard Pursglove is joining Gartmore as head of UK retail, leaving current retail distribution head Rod Aldridge seeking an alternative role within the company. Pursglove will join Gartmore in late March, reporting to global head of distribution Phil Wagstaff, who only arrived from New Star last September. The newly created role will see Pursglove responsible for sales and marketing for the whole UK retail business.
