UBS Global Asset Management has appointed Curt Custard as head of global investment solutions (GIS). The GIS division deals with asset allocation, currency, risk management and advisory services. Custard will report to John Fraser, chairman and CEO of UBS. He takes up his post on 3 March. Custard joins from Schroders where he was global head of multi-asset solutions. He has previously worked for Allianz Global Investors and Dresdner RCM.
