Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) has recruited Nick Ford and Simon Moss to its Global Developed Markets team. Ford was previously the director and investment manager of US smaller companies at F&C. He also co-managed Gartmore’s US Smaller Companies fund for seven years. Ford will run Swip’s US Smaller Companies product. Moss is joining from Legal and General Investment Management’s (LGIM) US equity team and previously worked alongside Ford at Gartmore.
