Asian commercial property markets are outperforming their strong growth rates of the mid 1990’s, according to Simon Tyrrell, Asia acquisitions manager at New Star. Tyrrell believes strong fundamentals are underpinning Asian economic growth, as populations increase in size, GDP per capita rises, and markets benefit from maturity and increased transparency.
