Franklin Templeton has received approval from the CSSF for its Luxembourg-domiciled MENA Sicav to open today. A sterling-priced, distributor status share class for UK investors will launch within a few weeks. The fund is managed by Franklin’s local asset management group MD and international CIO Stephen Dover, with Dubai-based Algebra Capital acting as sub-adviser.
