Longstanding JPMorgan small-cap manager Mark Davids is giving up his UK mandates to head up the group’s Japan-based behavioural finance unit. Davids has co-managed the top-performing £283m UK Smaller Companies fund and Smaller Companies investment trust alongside Georgina Brittain since 2000. Davids will take on the Japan Core Behavioural Finance vehicle, launched under James Elliot in March. Elliot has since taken the CIO role at Jardine Fleming.
