The New Star International Property fund has opened to retail investment. The three-week retail offer period is 14 May to 4 June, with a fixed price of 50p per unit during this time. The vehicle will aim for 4% estimated gross income yield, and target established international property markets primarily in Continental Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim. The fund is structured as a NURS, with an approximate asset split of 80% physical property, 10% to 15% international property securities/Reits and 5% to 10% cash.
