Skandia’s supermarket MultiFunds is offering five property funds within its Isa and Pep service, following the regulation change that allows property vehicles within in the tax efficient wrapper. Three of the portfolios are bricks and mortar funds, including Skandia’s own, which launched at the end of last year with the other two consisting of Norwich Property and New Star Property.
