Jupiter will go ahead with plans to restructure its North American fund to invest for income. Eighty percent of shareholders today gave Jupiter the green light to the proposals, five per cent more than the group needed to implement the changes. The £13m vehicle is managed by Sebastian Radcliffe and will look to take advantage of growing dividends on offer from US companies. The changes will take place on 8 May.
