M&G has made three new appointments to its UK sales distribution team. Nick Pogmore has been promoted to the newly created role of partnerships development director within M&G’s partnerships sales team. He will develop and maintain third party relationships and new fund links, and drive sales growth. Andrew Burns has also been promoted to business development director within the UK advisory team, responsible for managing major IFA accounts. Rob Maltby joins him in the UK advisory team as business development manager for the west region. He previously worked for Scottish Widows.
