John Husselbee has led a management buyout of his boutique North Investment Partners. While the group is no longer a subsidiary of Neptune, Husselbee stressed the relationship will continue. He said the MBO was the direction he and colleagues Rebecca Murphy and Oliver Wallin wanted to take from the start. Until the end of September, North was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Neptune but operated independently.
