Scottish Widows has become the latest group to impose a notice period on withdrawals from its life and pensions property funds. It has introduced a 180-day delay on redemptions from its £1.1bn Property Pension fund and £1bn Property Life fund, where cash levels have dropped to under 2%. At present the Scottish Widows Property Trust remains unaffected by the restrictions.
