Andrew Skirton has joined the Gartmore advisory board as non-executive chairman. Skirton was previously CIO Europe at Barclays Global Investors. He will be joining an advisory board that consists of three directors from Hellman & Friedman and three from Gartmore. He will also become a director of Gartmore Investment Management and will be advising on business performance and strategy in these roles.
