Close Investments has launched a European commercial property fund called the Close European Property Investment Portfolio, or Europip. It is structured as a sub-fund of Closepip, the Close Property Investment Portfolio, and will invest in mainland Europe’s €840 billion commercial property market, including Scandinavia. It can invest in direct property as well as closed ended European property funds. The vehicle’s target return is 9% per annum. It is available to both retail and institutional investors and has sterling and euro share classes.
