The board of the Framlington Income & Capital trust has ruled out a closed-ended successor vehicle on wind up in September, citing insufficient interest. Capital shareholders on the split are due to vote on a continuation in the coming months and chairman Simon Hardy said they are expected to elect to put the trust into liquidation. Income & Capital has existed since 1983 and is currently headed up by Richard Peirson.
