The Asia ex Japan sector made up nearly 50% of last week's top 20 best performing funds according to Morningstar. Melchior Asian Opportunities, managed by Dalton Strategic Partners, was the best performer adding 11.3% over the week boosting the vehicle's six month performance to 52.96%. Neptune China, managed by Robin Geffen, also saw a good week generating a 9.98% return while Henderson Asian Pacific and Baring Eastern trust also generated positive returns of over 9%.
