Invesco Perpetual has completed the merger of its European Growth and European Equity funds. The single vehicle retains the European Equity name and will continue to be managed by Jeff Taylor, head of European equities. European Growth manager Stephanie Gerrard will now be responsible for the European component of some of Invesco Perpetual’s international funds. The group said the reason for the merger was the increasing similarity of the two vehicles over recent years.
