Gartmore’s head of multi-manager Bambos Hambi is in talks over his role with the company following a proposed restructure of the five-strong range. Gartmore confirmed deputy head of multi-manager Tony Lanning would lead the team. He joined from private bank Arbuthnot Latham & Co in November 2007. A spokesman for the group said the two smallest funds in the range, UK High Alpha and Global High Alpha, would possibly be merged together.
