Gartmore has replaced the departing multimanager Marcus Brookes with Arbuthnot Latham’s head of collectives Tony Lanning. Lanning joins early next month to fill the gap left by Bambos Hambi’s number two, who has quit Gartmore to head up Cazenove’s multimanager division. Brookes is taking Gartmore fund analyst Robin MacDonald with him to Cazenove. MacDonald has been replaced by Katie Trowsdale, who joins from Kleinwort Benson.
