Matrix is seeking stock exchange approval for a new VCT share offer, which it expects to launch later this month. The group is aiming to raise £15m in an S share offer for its Income & Growth VCT. The S share fund will be managed separately from the existing multi-manager O share fund which is run by the private equity division of the business, Matrix Private Equity Partners. The S share fund will have the same investment policy as the previous four Matrix Income & Growth VCTs and is designed for investors who want a regular and growing income stream through tax-free dividends.
