John Stavis is taking a six-month sabbatical from Fidelity. His £653m Income Plus fund will pass to Michael Clark while the £226m Growth & Income will come under Matt Siddle. Siddle will also run the equity portion of MoneyBuilder Balanced. Both are long-term analysts at the group. Stavis is expected to return to the group and will take on new duties at that point.
