UK investors can access the Saudi Arabian market direct via a closed-ended fund of funds offering from Rasmala Investments. Recent Middle East and Africa launches have to buy into the region via synthetic instruments as the country is closed to foreign investment. The Dubai-based Rasmala will launch a listed mirror of its open-ended Middle East and North Africa Equity Opportunities fund of funds in the next few months.
