Kames Capital is widely known in the UK market as a fixed income house, but the new chief executive is keen to diversify away from this asset class in the next few years. Martin Davis, formerly chief executive of Cofunds, joined Kames Capital last October following the departure of Andrew Fleming earlier in the year.
