How have fund flows at Invesco Perpetual held up during the recent market volatility? In the UK, our fund flows have remained remarkably strong. Some of the market gyrations have happened so fast a lot of clients thought: “we have to sit it out”. When financial news becomes front page news it is very difficult for the end clients. For advisers and ourselves it is a real challenge to focus on the things that matter. We pick a few themes and avoid the reactionary stuff.
