Westbury property fund manager Richard Burrell is considering selling off holdings to take advantage of the booming UK property market. The Guernsey-registered split-cap company has 14 properties worth £72.85m as well as three joint ventures. Its possessions range from offices to town centre shops and factory units as well as a health and fitness club in Guildford. While the trust's 45 tenants pay rent of almost £5m and are tied into an average lease of 13.25 years, the company is considering selling some off.
