Improving corporate returns are in turn improving prospects in the office and industrial sector as companies seek to expand, according to the latest research from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. But although the anticipated slowdown in consumer spending has yet to materialise, the group is underweighting many retail areas on a five-year view.
