Old Mutual Asset Managers (Omam) has begun marketing its market neutral statistical arbitrage hedge fund to international advisers and has rebranded its multi-strategy fund. The European Statistical Arbitrage fund trades in liquid stocks in the UK and developed European markets. Paul Simpson and John Dow, who both joined Omam in January 2006 from Millennium Capital Management, co-manage the product.
