Although the property market will be hard pushed to exceed the excellent returns of recent years, the future still looks very bright, says Paul Burgin

British investors have been pouring into property funds, attracted by the benefits of portfolio diversification and excellent returns. Last year's bumper returns will be hard to beat and the industry predicts lower yields in years to come. But the outlook is still rosy when compared with other asset classes.
