Royal Liver Assurance has launched Britain's first web-only protection company. Entitled Progress from Royal Liver, the service goes live at the end of October and will be available through a small number of adviser firms. The service will offer life assurance, reviewable critical illness and income protection cover. It will be the first company in the UK to conduct all its business entirely online.
