Demand for second homes, including holiday homes, continues to boom even as the Bank of England tries to take the heat off the growing UK property market. But with interest rates still low around Europe, many homeowners are looking abroad to buy again, with particular attention to Spain, according to a survey done by Norwich and Peterborough Building Society (NandP).
