Humble and modest do not often spring to mind when asked to describe a successful fund manager, but they are appropriate adjectives in the case of Polar Capital's Paul Lambert. Arriving at Polar Capital following five years at Deutsche Asset Management, Lambert began his career at the Bank of England, straight out of Warwick University where he studied economics.
