two further tranches of Balanced FTSE Guaranteed Equity bond among the plans launched

Bristol & West (B&W) has launched four FTSE-linked structured products plus a fifth based on the growth of four equity indices. The first two are seven and five-year tranches of the Balanced FTSE Guaranteed Equity Bond, a growth and income product on which up to half the initial capital can be invested in a 12-month fixed rate deposit. On the seven-year plan, the income portion pays 8%, with the rest of the investment going into a growth bond offering 100% minimum capital return at maturity plus 90% of the rise in the index.
