Chairman of online gaming company SportingBet will remain in board positions on several investment trusts and VCTs, despite his recent arrest in America. Peter Dicks was placed in custody on arrival at Louisiana airport after a warrant was issued for his arrest for “gambling by computer”. Dicks is on the board of directors of the Gartmore Fledgling Trust and Unicorn Aim VCT as well as named chairman on the SVM UK Emerging Trust and Foresight Technology VCT.
