As the future shape of the Axa Framlington merger begins to emerge speculation is mounting as to who will replace ousted UK Growth manager Richard Prew. Talk in the industry is that Framlington manager Chris Murphy will take over from interim manager Stuart Fowler. Currently Murphy runs the Framlington UK Growth fund, now under the brand Axa Framlington. Sources suggest Murphy himself will move to the Axa Investment Managers side of the business if he takes over the portfolio. It is not yet clear whether the overall group will retain both the Framlington growth fund that Murphy runs as well...
