Manager of £850m UK Growth has turned over underperforming holdings on the fund after a company-wide management reshuffle
Martin Walker has a decade of experience at Invesco Perpetual, building up strong track records on funds including UK Opportunities, UK Focus and Children's. He took on the £850m UK Growth vehicle in June following the retirement of previous manager Ed Burke. The group took this chance to tidy the UK equity range, combining Walker's UK Opportunities vehicle with UK Growth. Burke's UK Aggressive fund passed to Stephen Anness, with Walker's UK Focus merging into the Growth portfolio.
