Hargreaves Lansdown has decided to remove the BNY Mellon Real Return fund from its Wealth Shortlist.
According to Kate Marshall, lead investment analyst at HL, this was due to Newton - part of BNY Mellon (BNY Investments) - making a number of changes to the team managing the fund. Jupiter rating upgraded to 'Buy' amid cost cutting and positive AUM Coming into force on 21 May 2025, this will see Ella Hoxha appointed as co-lead portfolio manager alongside existing portfolio manager Aron Pataki.
