BlackRock teams up with Euroclear on private markets access

BlackRock has partnered with Euroclear to distribute its private market funds through Euroclear's FundsPlace platform.

Through the partnership, the two companies are looking to expand access to private markets to a wider range of investors, as well as streamline client processes through automation. In addition, the collaboration seeks to establish new standards in capital raising, distribution, execution and settlement in alternative funds. FundsPlace is Euroclear's end-to-end fund distribution platform, with services for all fund asset classes including distribution, order processing, custody solutions and data management.
