AllianceBernstein launches two growth equity strategies

AllianceBernstein has launched two growth equity funds, managed by Thorsten Winkelmann.

The AB European Growth Portfolio and AB Global Growth Portfolio will invest in companies with quality franchises, strong competitive moats, above average structural earnings and cash flow growth potential, AllianceBerstein explained. Companies will be held from around five to ten years to "capitalise on the compounding of earnings and cashflow". Winkelmann will be joined by Robert Hofmann, Marcus Morris-Eyton, Darina Valkova and Nicolas Gonçalves, who joined the firm in January 2024 from Allianz Global Investors, to manage both strategies.
