Morningstar: Janus Henderson and Man Group have 'room to improve' on ESG commitments

Janus Henderson and Man Group have been upgraded in Morningstar's latest 'ESG Commitment Level' review, although they each have “room to improve”.

Both firms were promoted from ‘Low' to ‘Basic', joining Comgest, Fidelity International and Pictet, which were all upgraded from 'Basic' to 'Advanced'. This was the fifth edition of the review, which provides analyst-driven insights on active and passive portfolios across 97 firms, produced by Morningstar's manager research team, although this edition just focused on 12 names.
