UK Commercial Property REIT confirms merger 'discussions'

UK Commercial Property REIT has revealed it is in “discussions” with Picton Property Income over a potential all-share merger.

In a regulatory filing today (8 November), the trust addressed speculation regarding the potential merger, but warned that "there can be no certainty either that an offer will be made, nor as to the terms of any such offer". abrdn's UK Commercial Property REIT chair retires A further announcement on the matter will be in due course, it added.
