Sunak confirms £30bn to 'build back greener'

Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak committed to “building back greener” in today’s Autumn Budget and Spending Review, confirming the Government will have allocated £30bn to the UK’s ‘green industrial revolution’ since March 2021.

Today's commitment follows the Government's vow to ‘build back better' in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, with a Ten Point Plan published in November 2020 to kick off the green industrial revolution....
