Waverton hires ex-UBS MD Tucker as CEO

Waverton Investment Management has hired ex-UBS UK managing director Nick Tucker as its new CEO.

Tucker replaces Andrew Fleming, who left the firm in June to "seek new challenges". Waverton's chairman David Rosier had been acting CEO in the interim. Tucker will join the company on 10 February, subject to regulatory approval. "The opportunity to work in an organisation with both great people and a great investment process is a real differentiator," he said. Waverton's Frikkee: Spotting the blips and buying the dips Rosier added that Tucker brought "a wealth of relevant, commercial and operational experience and expertise within the private banking and wealth management sectors"...
