Marlborough adds Sarah Peaston as iNED

Joins Guy Sears and David Kiddie on board

The Marlborough Group has appointed Sarah Peaston, formerly of Citi and Barclays Capital Securities, as its third independent non-executive director (iNED).

Peaston, who joins ex-Investment Association interim CEO Guy Sears and former AMP Capital CIO David Kiddie on the board, will also become iNED of IFSL Fund Services. Marlborough said Peaston was a specialist in regulatory matters and is founder and director of Regulatory Governance Consulting Limited, a consultancy service that assists businesses with regulatory governance and provides thought leadership in the regulatory space.
