Off the back of worries last summer about China, the Harris Global Concentrated Equity fund has been able to take advantage of pricing weakness and buy its first stock in the country since 1992. Daniel Nicolas, client portfolio manager at Harris Associates, says the team believes in the long-term play of China transitioning from a production economy to consumption-led and its cyclical pullback makes for fertile buying territory.
