I've just spent 10 days in the States - the sunshine state of Florida to be accurate. Besides the weather, what do you notice about the States? Well, service is one. Everywhere you go as a customer or consumer you get the same: 'Have a great day'. Even the walk-in medical centres treat you like a person, and thank you for your custom. But I guess if you charged someone $80 for 10 minutes of your time and didn't have a clue about the reason for their minor eye infection, you'd wish them a great day.
